Shipping Region Restrictions
We currently ship our products to specific regions within the United States and select countries in the Middle East.
For the United States, we cover most of regions except the following ZIP code prefixes: 006-009, 967-969, and 995-999. Please note that these regions correspond to Puerto Rico, the Virgin Islands (006-009), Hawaii, Guam (967-969), and Alaska (995-999). We do not currently offer shipping to other areas, including APO/FPO military addresses and Amazon warehouse addresses either. We apologize for any inconvenience caused.
Additionally, we offer shipping to four countries in the Middle East: Saudi Arabia, United Arab Emirates, Kuwait, and Qatar.
We're consistently broadening our international shipping destinations. Please stay tuned.
Shipping Fees
Our shipping fees are based on the number of items in your order. Each item incurs a flat shipping fee of $18. However, if the total value of your order exceeds or equals $100, you will be eligible for free shipping. For sales campaign, we may also provide shipping fee discount. Please refer to our announcement.
Order Value Limit
To mitigate the risks associated with customs clearance, we currently limit online purchases on our website to orders with a total value not exceeding 800 US dollars. Any orders exceeding this amount cannot be processed directly through our website. We sincerely appreciate your understanding in this matter. Order Processing and Transit Time
Once your order is placed, we will typically process it within 1-3 business days. This includes order verification, packaging, and preparing it for shipment. After processing, the estimated transit time for your order to reach the specified delivery address is approximately 10-15 business days. Please note that transit times may vary due to holidays, customs clearance procedures, and inclement weather conditions.
