How can I check the status of my order?

We will send you an email notification confirming the shipment of your order. Additionally, while you are logged into your account, you can access the logistics information.

Where do you ship to?

We currently only ship our products to specific regions within the United States. The covered regions include the following ZIP code prefixes: 006-009, 967-969, and 995-999. Please note that these regions correspond to Puerto Rico, the Virgin Islands (006-009), Hawaii, Guam (967-969), and Alaska (995-999).

We apologize for any inconvenience caused, but we do not currently offer shipping to other areas, including APO/FPO military addresses and Amazon warehouse addresses.

We are continually expanding the range of international shipping destinations.

How long will my order take?

Once your order is placed, we will typically process it within 1-3 business days. This includes order verification, packaging, and preparing it for shipment. After processing, the estimated transit time for your order to reach the specified delivery address is approximately 10-15 business days. Please note that transit times may vary due to holidays, customs clearance procedures, and inclement weather conditions.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number that enables you to keep tabs on its whereabouts at all times.

My package is returned to sender, what should I do?

We recommend getting in touch with your local post office immediately to check if the package can still be picked up and collected there. In case it is no longer possible and your local post office confirms that the package is already in the process of being returned to the sender, please notify us by sending an email to foxyxy.hu@outlook.com

My package is marked as delivered, but I can't find it.

Please inspect your garage, all doors/entryways, mailbox, and inquire with a neighbor to determine if the package has been received on your behalf. Please be aware that we have no control over missing or stolen packages, and your local courier would be the most appropriate party to investigate this matter.

What is your exchange/return policy?

Kindly be aware that, for hygiene reasons and to ensure the health and safety of our customers, we are unable to process returns or exchanges for intimate apparel, including lingerie, underwear, and similar items. Once these items have been purchased and delivered, they cannot be returned or exchanged.

What happens if I receive the wrong item?

How do I wash my lingerie?

Washing lingerie with different textures requires specific care to preserve their quality and extend their lifespan. Here are some general guidelines on how to wash lingerie made from various materials, including vegan leather, Lycra, polyester, cotton, and items with or without metal accessories:

1. Vegan Leather:
a) Spot clean any dirt or stains on the vegan leather lingerie using a soft, damp cloth.
b) Avoid submerging or soaking the lingerie in water, as it can damage the material.
c) Never use harsh chemicals, bleach, or alcohol-based products on vegan leather as it may cause discoloration or deterioration.
d) Allow the lingerie to air dry flat or hang it gently to maintain its shape.

2. Lycra/Spandex:
a) Lycra or spandex lingerie should be washed in cold water using a gentle detergent.
b) Avoid using bleach or fabric softeners, as they can break down the fibers over time.
c) Hand washing is recommended, but you can also use a lingerie bag and the delicate cycle on your washing machine.
d) Avoid wringing or twisting the lingerie to maintain elasticity; instead, gently squeeze out excess water before drying.
e) Hang or lay flat to dry, away from direct sunlight or heat sources.

3. Polyester:
a) Polyester lingerie is generally durable and can be machine washed.
b) Use a gentle cycle and cold water with a mild detergent to avoid damage to the fabric.
c) Separate colors to prevent bleeding.
d) If the lingerie has metal accessories, consider placing it in a lingerie bag or pillowcase to protect both the garment and your washing machine.
e) Avoid using fabric softeners and bleach, as they can affect the fabric's quality.
f) Hang or lay flat to dry to prevent wrinkles and maintain the shape.

4. Cotton:
a) Cotton lingerie can typically be machine washed with like colors.
b) Use a regular or gentle cycle with cold or warm water and a mild detergent.
c) To preserve elasticity in cotton blends, avoid using high heat in the dryer.
d) Hang or lay flat to dry, ensuring proper air circulation.

5. Lingerie with Metal Accessories:
a) Hand wash lingerie with metal accessories to prevent damage to delicate parts.
b) Use a gentle detergent and lukewarm water, avoiding excessive rubbing or scrubbing.
c) Rinse thoroughly to remove all soap residue.
d) Gently squeeze out excess water without twisting or wringing the lingerie.
e) Lay flat or hang to dry, making sure that the metal accessories do not touch any other surface.

Who bears the responsibility for customs clearance and international shipping?

As our warehouse is located outside the US, we will handle customs clearance and relevant tax matters with great care. The final tax and total amount will be confirmed through email after you place your order.
